The property is located in Uvita, Ballena Bay, Osa, Puntarenas, the branch of the Banco de Costa Rica 2,5 kilometers east.
Playa Uvita:
Described by many as the area of greatest biodiversity in the world. Located in southwestern Costa Rica, with beautiful beaches and scenery divine. Of all the spectacular beaches that are here, Playa Uvita is among the most splendid beaches in the south Pacific coast of Costa Rica.Located in the province of Puntarenas at barely 16 kilometers from Dominical, a surfing point, Playa Uvita is within the Ballena Marine National Park.
Ballena Marine National Park:
The park protects important habitats such as sandy beaches, rocky beaches, estuaries, mangroves, cliffs, islands, coral reefs, which represent a very important for the reproduction of marine diversity.
The land boundary runs along the same line of official landmarks demarcating the inalienable public area, restricted to the shoreline area and the edge of adjacent wetlands and mangroves.
The maritime boundary is a line which encloses the imaginary cordon formed by the rocky reefs Tombolo Punta Uvita, Ballena Island, Three Sisters and the surrounding area, originating in the Boca del Rio Higuerón or Morete, ending at Point Piñuelas. |

Ubicación de la Propiedad:
La propiedad se encuentra ubicada en Uvita, Bahía Ballena, Osa, Puntarenas, de la sucursal del Banco de Costa Rica 2,5 kilómetros al este.
Playa Uvita:
Descrita por muchos como el área de más diversidad biológica en el mundo. Ubicada en el suroeste de Costa Rica con bellas playas y paisajes divinos. De todas las espectaculares playas que hay aquí, Playa Uvita esta dentro de las mas esplendorosas playas de la costa Pacifica sur de Costa Rica. Localizada en la provincia de Puntarenas a escasos 16 Km. de Dominical, un punto de surfing, Playa Uvita esta dentro del Parque Nacional Marino Ballena.
Parque Nacional Marino Ballena:
Este parque protege importantes hábitats como son las playas arenosas, playas pedregosas, esteros, manglares, acantilados, islas, arrecifes de coral, que representan un ambiente muy importante para la reproducción de la diversidad marina.
El límite terrestre del mismo corre por la línea de mojones oficiales que demarcan la zona pública inalienable, con la restringida de la zona marítimo terrestre y el borde de los humedales y manglares adyacentes.
El límite marítimo lo constituye una línea imaginaria que encierra el cordón de arrecifes rocosos formados por el Tómbolo de Punta Uvita, Isla Ballena, Tres Hermanas y sus alrededores, originaria en la Boca del Río Higuerón o Morete, terminando en Punta Piñuelas. |
